The BUOC (Belgian Ultimate Outdoor Championship) is a yearly competition between all Belgian Teams. The last 4 years it was organised by Gentle in two spring weekends.
This open competition determines which teams can defend the colours of our country on European and World Championships.
In 2009 Mooncatchers won the Open title and XLR8RS won the Coed Title, so these teams are going to play at the World Clubs in Prague in 2010.
In 2010 Gentle won the Open title and is proud to have claimed their 3d title in 5 years !

Since 2 year, the VLUFF (the Flemish Frisbee Federation) took over the organisation, but Gentle (with help from Jet Set) kept hosting one of the two weekends.
Dates are 24-25th of march and 21-22th of april.
